WorldMark uses a vacation-credit system: owners receive an annual allotment of credits sized to their original purchase and can apply them to any WorldMark resort, with credit requirements varying by resort, unit size, and season. A 1-bedroom ocean-view week here runs about 9,000 credits and roughly $612 per year in dues — among the lower-cost WorldMark properties, since coastal Oregon isn't a peak-season destination the way Hawai'i or California beach resorts are.
