How do I sell my timeshare?
Create a free account, apply to become a seller, and publish your listing with photos and details about your resort, unit size and ownership type. Interested buyers message you directly through the site.
How do I trade or swap my week?
Add the weeks you are willing to trade to your listing, or post on the swap board with where you would like to go instead. Other owners can contact you to agree on a swap.
How do I buy a timeshare?
Browse the listings, filter by destination or resort, and message the owner with any questions. Always confirm maintenance fees, transfer costs and resale restrictions with the resort before you commit.
Does it cost anything to list?
Creating an account and browsing is free. Contact us if you would like to know about any current listing options.
Is my information safe?
We only share what you choose to publish on your listing. Conversations stay inside the site until you decide to share your own contact details.
