Polo Towers was one of the flagship properties of Diamond Resorts International before Hilton Grand Vacations acquired Diamond in 2021. The rebranding of former Diamond properties into the Hilton Vacation Club/HGV Max family has been a multi-year phased effort scheduled to wrap up in 2026.
Owners who enroll their legacy Diamond week or points in HGV Max gain access to the combined 150+ resort points network and automatic Hilton Honors membership; unenrolled legacy contracts remain usable only for RCI exchange or direct Diamond-network reservations. Because of this transitional status and generally lower resale demand for legacy Diamond paper, Polo Towers is one of the most affordable Strip-adjacent timeshares on the resale market.
