Marriott's Grande Vista is one of Marriott Vacation Club's original Orlando flagship resorts, sitting on over 100 lushly landscaped acres just off International Drive, a short drive from Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld.
Ownership here is sold as Marriott Vacation Club Destinations Points, part of the company's Abound program launched in 2022 to merge its legacy Marriott, Sheraton/Westin (Vistana), and Hyatt trust points into a single exchangeable currency. Owners can use their points at any Abound resort, convert a portion to Marriott Bonvoy hotel points, or deposit into Interval International for exchanges to thousands of independent resorts worldwide.
For 2026, Marriott bills Abound maintenance fees at $0.81480 per point (unchanged from 2025), in blocks of 250 points called a Beneficial Interest priced at $203.70 each. A typical 2,000-point annual allotment — enough for about a week in a 2-bedroom villa in a standard season — runs roughly $1,628 per year before club dues.
The resort itself offers two 18-hole executive golf courses, a water park with slides, multiple pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and full-kitchen villas ranging from studios to 3-bedroom units.
